2018 Summer Camp Fundraising

 

Heggies Pizza Fundraiser

Every camper is invited to sell pizza to offset their camp camp fee. SCYL has partnered with Heggies for 4 years and fundraised over $15,000 for campers. It is the most profitable fundraiser for the work put in by the camper.

There are THREE sets of dates for campers to fundraise. Turn in all order forms to Max by the date(s) listed an be prepared to pick up your pizza orders on the corresponding date(s). YOU MUST arrange to have your orders picked up on time since they require refrigeration!

Order Due Date #1: May 1st
Order Pick Up #1: May 16th

Order Due Date #2: June 1st
Order Pick Up #2: June 20th

Order Due Date #3: July 6th
Order Pick Up #3: July 18th

**Per our policy, students whose camp balances have already been paid in full are welcome to participate in fundraising, however any funds they raise will NOT go towards a reimbursement of their camp fees, but will rather be allocated to our general camp scholarship fund to help other campers in financial need.**

Other Fundraising Opportunities:
Lakefront Music Festival
July 12th-15th, 2018: Campers have the opportunity to earn money towards camp when they help in a variety of ways at the music festival. In addition to earning money towards camp, each person who works will get free tickets for the weekend and a free t-shirt. Volunteer time slots are as follows:

Thursday: 4 volunteers from 8 am - Noon & 4 volunteers from 12 - 6 pm; Job: TBD
Friday: ​6 volunteers from 8 - Noon (WL Assigned); Job: TBD
Saturday: 10-20 Volunteers from 8-Noon; Job: CLEAN UP DUTY
Sunday: 6 volunteers from 8 - Noon (WL Assigned); Job: TBD
